Our Process
1. Schedule a Discovery Call
We’ll discuss your business, current bookkeeping status, and how we can help you reach your goals. You can schedule a call via Calendly or reach out directly on our Contact page.
2. Sign Proposal & Engagement Letter
Based on our discussion, we will prepare a proposal or immediately follow-up with an Engagement Letter for review during a second call, where we will also address any remaining questions.
3. Onboarding
For existing QBO clients, we cleanup and reconcile your transactions. For clients who are new to QBO, we’ll work with you to select the appropriate plan, migrate any data, provide training, and bring your financial records up-to-date.
4. Monthly Bookkeeping
Once the books are current, you’re ready to start taking advantage of our monthly or quarterly bookkeeping services.
